Article 330 – Reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the House of the People
Seats shall be reserved in the House of the People for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in such manner as the Parliament may by law determine.
Article 331 – Representation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the Legislative Assemblies of States
Seats shall be reserved in the Legislative Assembly of each State for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in such manner as the Legislature of the State may by law determine.
Article 332 – Reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the Legislative Assemblies of States
Seats shall be reserved in the Legislative Assembly of each State for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes in such manner as the Legislature of the State may by law determine.
Article 333 – Representation of Anglo-Indian community in the Legislative Assemblies of States
Notwithstanding anything in Article 332, the Governor of a State may nominate one member of the Anglo-Indian community to the Legislative Assembly of the State if he is of the opinion that the community is not adequately represented.
Article 334 – Reservation of seats and special representation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Anglo-Indian community
The provisions of Articles 330, 332 and 333 shall cease to have effect on the expiration of a period of seventy years from the commencement of the Constitution, unless extended by Parliament.
Article 335 – Claims of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to services and posts
The claims of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be taken into consideration in making appointments to services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or of a State.
Article 336 – Special provision for Anglo-Indian community in the services of the Union
The President may, if he considers it necessary, make provision for the representation of the Anglo-Indian community in the services of the Union.
Article 337 – Special provision with respect to the control of educational institutions in certain cases
The President may, by order, make special provision for the administration and management of educational institutions maintained by the Union for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or other backward classes.
Article 338 – National Commission for Scheduled Castes
There shall be a Commission for the Scheduled Castes consisting of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and three other members to investigate and monitor safeguards provided for the Scheduled Castes.

There shall be a Commission for the Scheduled Tribes consisting of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and three other members to investigate and monitor safeguards provided for the Scheduled Tribes.
Article 339 – Control of Union over the administration of Scheduled Areas and Scheduled Tribes
The President may direct the Governor of a State to ensure the administration and control of Scheduled Areas and the welfare of Scheduled Tribes.
Article 340 – Appointment of a Commission to investigate the conditions of backward classes
The President may appoint a Commission to investigate the conditions of socially and educationally backward classes within the territory of India.
Article 341 – Scheduled Castes
The President may specify the castes which shall be deemed to be Scheduled Castes in relation to a State or Union Territory.
Article 342 – Scheduled Tribes
The President may specify the tribes which shall be deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to a State or Union Territory.
