Article 369 – Saving of laws with respect to anti-national activities
Nothing in this Constitution shall apply to prevent the making of any law by Parliament for giving effect to any provisions of Article 352, 356, or 360, or to any law relating to the defense of India, public order, or security of the State during the period of operation of such provisions.
Article 370 – Temporary provisions with respect to the State of Jammu and Kashmir
(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution, the President may, by public notification, specify the provisions of this Constitution which shall apply to the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
(2) The provisions so specified may be amended or repealed by the President in consultation with the Government of the State.
Article 371 – Special provisions with respect to the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat
Special provisions are made in this Article regarding the administration, development, and representation of the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Article 371A – Special provisions with respect to the State of Nagaland
Nothing in Article 371 shall prevent laws with respect to religious or social practices of Nagas, customary law, administration of civil and criminal justice involving decisions according to Naga customary law, and ownership and transfer of land and its resources in Nagaland.
Article 371B – Special provisions with respect to the State of Assam
This Article provides for the creation of a committee of the Legislative Assembly of Assam consisting of members of the Assembly elected from tribal areas of the State.
Article 371C – Special provisions with respect to the State of Manipur
Special provisions regarding the creation of a committee of the Legislative Assembly of Manipur consisting of members elected from the hill areas of the State.
Article 371D – Special provisions with respect to the State of Andhra Pradesh
Special measures regarding equitable opportunities and facilities for people of different parts of Andhra Pradesh in public employment and education.
Article 371E – Special provisions with respect to the State of Andhra Pradesh
Provides for the establishment of a University for the development of backward regions of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Article 371F – Special provisions with respect to the State of Sikkim
Special provisions relating to the representation of Sikkim in Parliament, protection of Sikkimese laws, and administration of the State.
Article 371G – Special provisions with respect to the State of Mizoram
Provisions regarding the creation of a committee of the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram consisting of members elected from the hill areas of the State.
Article 371H – Special provisions with respect to the State of Arunachal Pradesh
Provides for a committee of the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh and equitable opportunities in public employment for different areas of the State.
Article 371I – Special provisions with respect to the State of Goa
Special provisions relating to the representation of Goa in Parliament and administration of the State.
Article 372 – Continuance in force of existing laws and their adaptation
All laws in force immediately before the commencement of this Constitution shall continue in force until altered or repealed by competent authority, and Parliament may adapt them to the provisions of this Constitution.
Article 373 – Validation of certain Acts and Regulations
Laws made by the Governor-General or Provincial Legislatures before the commencement of this Constitution shall not be deemed invalid by reason of any inconsistency with this Constitution.
Article 374 – Repealed
This Article has been repealed by the Constitution (Seventh Amendment) Act, 1956.

Article 376 – Saving of existing laws
Nothing in this Part shall invalidate laws in force immediately before the commencement of this Constitution, except as expressly provided.
Article 377 – Repealed
This Article has been repealed by subsequent amendments.
Article 378 – Provision for representation of certain States in Parliament
Special representation provisions for States like Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim, and other States as specified by law.
Article 379 – Repealed

Article 381 – Continuance of existing laws in certain States
Laws in force immediately before the formation or reorganization of States shall continue unless altered or repealed by Parliament.
Article 382 – Continuance of existing laws in relation to certain matters
All laws in force immediately before commencement of this Constitution in respect of certain matters shall continue until altered or repealed.
Article 383 – Savings
Certain Acts and regulations made before the commencement of this Constitution are saved from invalidity.
Article 384 – Application of existing laws
Existing laws shall apply unless inconsistent with this Constitution.

Article 387 – Continuance of laws relating to certain matters
Certain existing laws relating to matters specified in this Constitution shall continue.

Article 390 – Savings of certain laws
Laws in force in certain territories immediately before their merger or reorganization shall continue until repealed or altered by Parliament.

Article 392 – Power of President to remove difficulties
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to provisions of this Part, the President may make such order as he considers necessary, until Parliament provides otherwise.
