Article 302 – Power of Parliament to impose restrictions on trade, commerce and intercourse
Parliament may impose restrictions on trade and commerce if it is in the public interest.
Trade, commerce and intercourse throughout the territory of India shall be free.
Parliament may impose restrictions on trade and commerce if it is in the public interest.
(1) No State shall, by law, obstruct trade and commerce which is free under Article 301.
(2) No law of Parliament shall give preference to the trade or commerce of one State over another except in accordance with Article 302.
(1) States may impose restrictions on trade, commerce or intercourse with other States in public interest subject to the approval of the President.
(2) No law giving preference to one State's trade over another's shall be valid.
Nothing in this part shall invalidate existing laws, laws for State monopolies or anything done under such laws.

Parliament may, by law, provide for appointment of authorities to carry out the purposes of Articles 301 to 304.
